Make the jack-o-lanterns...
- Using a fillet knife, carve your bell pepper into a jack-o-lantern.
- Take artistic license with the barbecue sauce....bloody it up, if you like!
Ingredients
- 4 lb boneless pork loin
- 1 cup orange juice (pulp free)
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon seasoning salt
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 cups barbecue sauce as desired
Directions
- Place pork loin in a crockpot and pour juice and vinegar in.
- Combine seasoning salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper and sprinkle over pork loin.
- Cover and cook on low 8 - 10 hours.
- Shred with two forks, discarding excess fat. Mix in the remaining juices and coat with barbecue sauce as desired.
