You'll need :
- Make Your Own Chocolate Kit
- Microwave-safe bowl
Directions :
- Melt cocoa butter in a microwavable bowl 5 minutes on 50% power. Stir. Be careful as it will be HOT.
- Stir in cocoa powder and confectioners sugar until lumps are gone.
- Put back in microwave at 100% power for ten seconds.
- Check temperature of chocolate. When it gets to 94-F, add starter chocolate and 1/4 tsp vanilla. Stir to blend.
- Put into paper liners or candy mold and refrigerate 15 minutes to set.
